ISI's approach is designed to impact organization's on three levels... strategies, processes and people. Strategically, ISI's work involves goal development and alignment with the organization's stated or discovered success factors. Procedurally, ISI looks to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiencies, accountabilities and effective behaviors and skills within the ranks of executive and line level Management. Lastly, ISI works collaboratively with clients to develop and train their employees to be successful within this framework and execute against the strategy.

These capabilities tend to blend and when first considering our services, what you may need is not always immediately apparent. In ISI’s line of work, switching roles from Consultant to Coach, Trainer to Consultant, or Coach to Trainer is likely to happen and it is intended to match the needs of the client.
