Strategy Development, Team Alignment, Leadership Development, Performance Management Consultation and Training
ISI worked with the CEO and Executive Leadership to develop a mission, values and strategic plan that would position HART as being one of the best of its size in the nation. As an adjunct to this effort it was evident that an execution based performance management system was needed that anchored team and individual goals to the strategic plan. ISI assisted the executive team in first identifying core leadership competencies.
Next, in collaboration with staff, revamped their performance review tool to not only reflect the leadership competencies but reflect job duties, values and performance goals. ISI worked with staff to develop a communication and launch strategy for the new process. ISI developed a customized performance management training program that was attended by all managers. A complementary course was created for individual contributors with emphasis on how to “receive” a performance review, their responsibility to goal execution and accountability, development planning and career pathing.
