ISI was selected to work with their elite Regional Sales Management Team whose charter was to impact their respective Branch sales within a Region. ISI's consultation and training involved a non-traditional sales approach for the financial industry and how to lead teams with within dotted line reporting relationships. This group was considered an unconventional, cowboy mentality sales management team that was known for its forward thinking and innovativeness.
