Kevin Catlin is the Vice President of Business Development and a lead trainer for Insight Strategies. His expertise is in Sales/Marketing, Management Skills, Presentation Skills, Coaching for Performance, Leadership and Team Building.

Kevin has been involved in the highest levels of business management throughout his career. He started a 3-person software consulting company in 1985 at the age of 28 and sold it 15 years later with a staff of 30 and 4 offices covering most of the United States. Along the way he was the National Sales Manager for HealthCare Communications and sat on the Board of Directors for Unident, Inc.

Mr. Catlin has trained, spoken to or consulted organizations as diverse as CitiFinancial, Wells Fargo, Chase Manhattan, Santa Monica Big Blue Bus, Brinderson Engineering and HomeFirst Mortgage.

He has delivered graduate school lectures to the University of Southern California (USC) and University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA).

He has appeared on the KZLA Morning show as well as KRLA to discuss personal motivation and self-esteem.

His expertise is grounded in 20 years of selling and managing in his own engaging and successful style. His training techniques are distinctive and bring together the art and the science of performance enhancement. His classes, discussions and speeches are delivered in a unique, thoughtful and highly enjoyable format.

Kevin spent 3 years in the United States Army.
