Course designed to improve the sales performance of marketing efforts.
The class was given in conjunction with an outbound telemarketing
campaign, which was designed to drive an influx of inbound queries.
Participants were seasoned telemarketing professionals that were
inclined towards an “outbound mentality” our goal was
to create greater relationships between the prospect and the call
center.
