of work:
Over
the past four years, Insight Strategies, Inc. has been on SunU’s
Adjunct Faculty with Sun Microsystems for all of their leadership
initiatives, including new Managers up to Director levels. Insight
Strategies, Inc. provides consultation on and in-class delivery
worldwide for the following programs: Management Excellence: Leading
Top Talent (3-day course), New Sun Manager (5-day course), and Performance
Management 365 Days a Year: A Live Case Study (2-Day course).
Additionally,
Insight Strategies, Inc. developed and delivers a course in the
area of career development entitled, Managing Up for Managers: The
Missing Ingredient of Success.
A
web-based follow-through program (Friday5s®) is used by training
participants to increase the results and action taken with respect
to skills learned in the training. Insight Strategies, Inc. provides
weekly coaching and feedback on-line to the participants on their
performance through a coaching tool (MondayManager®).
Insight
Strategies, Inc. also developed and delivered a course entitled,
Consulting Power through Influence to Human Resource Managers. The
overall goals of this program were: 1) to improve their ability
to gain buy-in on recommendations made to Executive Management,
2) link their objectives to Sun’s strategic vision and plan,
3) develop stronger working relationships with their internal clients,
and 4) position themselves as a necessary resource to the organization.
