Description
of work:
Designed
and conducted a ½ day program, "Delegating Towards Resourcefulness”"
for LACFU. The goals of the program were to enhance the skills of
the management team around delegating skills. In assessing LACFU
Managers Insight Strategies, Inc. determined that a primer on leadership
with an emphasis on personnel development through delegation would
win this group over. We used the approach of systematizing the steps
to delegating effectively to counter the perception that in the
words of the managers “We don’t have time to delegate
the work we don’t have time to do.”
