Description of work:
Designed and conducted a seven part program, "Selling Eye to Eye Over the Telephone" for Eagle. The goals of the program were to establish an in-house, outbound sales entity within the existing customer service department. Eagle had no real outbound experience but an enthusiastic and motivated team. Insight Strategies trained six of the key personnel in creating this department and continues to act as an advisor to this organization as it and its sales department evolves.
