Description
of work:
Designed
and conducted a one-year training program, "Making the Coaching
Connection" for Citifinancial. The goals of the program were
to increase sales by improving Regional and District Sales Managers'
ability to set goals, provide feedback, listen, build relationships,
motivate, coach and develop the Citifinancial Branch Employees.
A web-based follow-through management system (Friday5s®) was
used to increase the impact of the program by keeping Regional Managers
focused and collectively working towards key business objectives,
while the VP of Sales, District Managers and ISI all utilized (MondayManager®);
an adjunct management tool to (Friday5s®) to track and coach
the participants on-line.
