Carita Ducre is a lead trainer and consultant with Insight Strategies Inc. Ms. Ducre excels in the areas of Sales, Leadership, Team Building, Diversity, Customer Excellence and Managerial Skills.
Before Insight Strategies Carita spent 10 years in executive management with Merck, Kelly Services and Arch Wireless.
While at Kelly Services she was responsible for training 22 Southern California offices and received nationwide recognition for her innovative approach to Total Quality Management.
As a Sales Development Manager with Arch Wireless she conducted Sales and Leadership training across 21 states. Later, during her tenure as a Los Angeles based Sales Manager, she managed a $330,000 territory and a team of sales representatives.
Carita’s expertise is grounded in the Miller-Heiman principles of Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling. She has a special ability to tackle her subjects with humor, stories and a great depth of experience.
